The project is planned for 3 months Planned start: asap Salary ranges: up to 180 pln/h Contract: B2B Tasks: Transform our client's business processes by identifying and implementing innovative AI-based solutions to continuously improve their efficiency, quality, and adaptability. Analyze and map existing technology-driven business processes, and design optimized ones using AI. Gather, analyze, and document business, functional, and non-functional requirements for AI implementations. Collaborate with the development team, process owners, and mentor on creating and testing AI solutions. Create and maintain project and process documentation. Requirements At least 5 years of relevant experience Experience with LLM/agentic solutions in production (not just PoC/demo); Agentic automation feasibility assessment; Agent workflow design (human-in-the-loop, escalation conditions), building metrics and evals Cost/TCO analysis Agents monitoring Excellent English and Polish skills Benefits In return, we offer: 100% remote, flexible work.
