What this job involves: Responsible for delivering finance services, including managing payments to IFM suppliers, calculate monthly expense accrual, revenue accrual and period close, coordinate JLL Client billings, to account team on timely and accurate manner while enforcing and complying with Jones Lang LaSalle’s accounting policies and procedures. Responsibilities: Review billing template from site team with supporting documents such as contract terms, T&E report, Reimbursable expense tracker, open AR analysis and follow up. Manage bank balance and review Open AP and highlight payment schedule list. Assist in review of Open PO reports (JDE Vendors) and educating teams on common errors and building overall knowledge of operational teams. Educating site teams on process flow, include knowledge of line of corrective actions required when errors arise; objective to build a self-help culture. Assisting with variance reporting compilation for APAC; work with core team on streamline reports/processes. Assisting with core team on forecast and budgeting processes, with concurrent objective to streamline reports/processes. Month end checklist sign off. Assisting with other ad-hoc work as required. Good command of spoken and written English AP and AR and Data Analysis experiences in BPO finance across APAC will be a plus. Must be able to ‘own’ responsibilities and processes.
