Чем предстоит заниматься

  • Lead the strategy, planning, and execution of virtual and in-person customer events, hacking challenges, and community programs that support Strategic Accounts' security objectives and HackerOne's business goals.
  • Apply AI First by leveraging AI-powered tools and automation to improve event planning, communications, reporting, operational workflows, and program scalability.
  • Demonstrate Change Agility by adapting event strategies, priorities, and execution plans to evolving customer needs, business objectives, and community feedback.
  • Leverage data-driven decision making to establish success metrics, analyze participation and customer outcomes, develop reporting dashboards, and provide actionable recommendations.
  • Utilize First Principles problem solving to identify root causes of operational challenges, simplify processes, and design scalable solutions.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between the firm and internal stakeholders to align event objectives, manage expectations, and ensure customer outcomes.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Customer Success, Sales, Marketing, Community, and Operations teams to increase customer engagement, researcher participation, and program adoption.
  • Manage event budgets, vendors, logistics, and post-event reviews while identifying opportunities for improvement and cost efficiency.

Что требуется

  • 5+ years of experience in event management, program management, customer programs, or allied field within technology, cybersecurity, SaaS, or a similarly complex environment.
  • Demonstrated experience leading complex employee and in-person events involving multiple stakeholders, budgets, timelines, and competing priorities.
  • Experience using your data, metrics, and reporting to measure outcomes, influence decisions, and drive continuous improvement.
  • Strong project management, stakeholder management, and communication skills, including experience of identifying and recommending results, results and insights to senior leaders and external partners.
  • Preferred: Experience with enterprise customer programs, customer success initiatives, or strategic account relationships.
  • Preferred: Experience leveraging AI-powered PCs, /Identified tools to improve planning, communications, reporting, workflow efficiency, or event operations.
  • Preferred: Familiarity with cybersecurity, ethical hacking, vulnerability management, or offensive security programs.
