We're looking for a Technical Consultant who knows the platform deeply and can own the technical layer of complex implementations end-to-end. This is a senior, client-facing role. You will architect solutions, lead integrations, and work directly with client IT teams.
Note on schedule: The role is completely remote. Our clients are based in North America, so some EST timezone overlap is expected (about 5-6 hours) - we are flexible on how you structure your day around this.
What You'll Do
- Architect and implement Creatio CRM solutions tailored to complex client business requirements.
- Lead system integrations between Creatio and client enterprise systems - ensuring clean data flows, optimal workflows, and strong user experience.
- Work directly with client IT departments to ensure on-time, in-scope, in-budget delivery.
- Translate complex technical concepts into clear language for non-technical stakeholders - bridging the gap between IT and business.
- Coach and mentor junior consultants on Creatio best practices and implementation standards.
- Contribute to SM's internal knowledge base and participate in the broader Creatio community through blogs, webinars, or forums.
What We're Looking For
- Must-haves
- Creatio CRM Developer Advanced Certification (mandatory)
- 4+ years leading CRM implementation projects, including system integrations
- Deep hands-on Creatio platform knowledge - architecture, configuration, low-code development, and integration patterns
- Strong client-facing communication skills - written and verbal in English
- Experience mentoring or leading junior technical team members
- Ability to overlap with EST working hours
