Чем предстоит заниматься

  • Own and execute month-end and year-end close activities across multiple legal entities
  • Prepare and review journal entries, accruals, adjustments, and reconciliations
  • Maintain an accurate and complete general ledger
  • Support the preparation of financial statements and statutory reporting
  • Review balance sheet and P&L accounts to ensure accuracy and completeness
  • Investigate variances and resolve accounting discrepancies
  • Maintain strong accounting controls and compliance with internal policies
  • Identify opportunities to simplify and improve close-related processes
  • Drive standardization across accounting activities and legal entities
  • Support automation initiatives that reduce manual effort and improve accuracy
  • Partner closely with Revenue, Accounts Payable, Payroll, Tax, and other Finance teams
  • Support external auditors by preparing schedules, documentation, and explanations

Что требуется

  • 4–5+ years of experience in General Ledger accounting, financial reporting, or audit
  • Strong knowledge of IFRS, GAAP, and core accounting principles
  • Hands-on experience managing month-end close and account reconciliations
  • Experience working with multiple legal entities or complex accounting structures
  • Strong analytical thinking with exceptional attention to detail
