We are looking for a technology recruiter to handle end-to-end recruiting. The position also offers flexibility to work remotely. Growth opportunity includes building the talent team and owning all recruiting for a business unit or vertical.

Job duties

Manage end-to-end recruiting for Tiger Analytics team in the Mexico Souring, screening, scheduling interviews with panel and hiring managers Creating and maintaining candidate pipeline for upcoming roles. Maintain ATS system, collect feedback and calibrate the process Engaging and attracting talent from senior consultants to leadership positions Interview planning, offer, negotiation with pointers from the hiring managers Create partnerships with external recruiting firms or contractors

Requirements

7+ years of work experience as a recruiter Bachelor’s degree Experience working in a consulting company with global operations highly preferred (US, Canada) Experience hiring talent in data science, analytics, data engineering and machine learning engineers Excellent communication skills Excellent skills with Microsoft Excel and google docs, etc. Knowledge of work visa/immigration is a plus Must have work authorization in the Mexico. We will not be sponsoring a work visa at this time. Personal Attributes
