Чем предстоит заниматься

  • Contract Management & Redlining: Independently redline and manage routine NDAs, vendor agreements, and Statement of Work (SOW) documents using company templates and playbooks; maintain an average contract turnaround of 2 business days or less.
  • Intake & System Audit: Stand up and manage a centralized legal request intake process to track, categorize, and assign incoming business requests; build and maintain an accurate NDA tracker and audit the contract management system to remove stale records.
  • Compliance & Corporate Governance: Own the compliance calendar end-to-end—ensuring 100% on-time execution for filings, license renewals, and policy reviews.
  • Process Improvement & Handoff: Identify and implement at least one process improvement (template, checklist, or tracker) and leave all trackers/logs fully documented for handoff.

  • Education: Associate’s Degree required.
  • Experience: At least 3+ years of experience supporting a corporate legal department.
  • Contract Skills: Proven experience with legal drafting, redlining, and contract lifecycle management.
  • Availability: Able to commit to a 2-month part-time contract (15–20 hours/week) working in or aligned with EST hours.
  • Core Competencies: Strong self-direction, high discretion with confidential matters, precision under deadline pressure, and proactive communication.
  • Preferred: Bachelor’s degree or formal Paralegal Certification.
  • Preferred: Direct experience supporting a General Counsel.
  • Preferred: Prior experience in the Healthcare Tech or SaaS sectors.
  • Preferred: Familiarity with CLM tools (e.g., Ironclad, DocuSign CLM).
