- Lead and serve as the expert on assigned population of prospective students
- Actively engage, connect with, and sell prospective students on Ohio State
- Develop Ohio State online program recruitment materials and processes
- Share prospective student feedback with college partners
- Actively engage and sell prospective students on all aspects of the online program
- Use a consultative advising approach
- Understand how to sell and convert prospective students on enrolling in an online program
- Lead prospects through the application process
- Help prospects understand if the program will meet their career objectives
- Help prospects understand if they meet the qualifications for the application
- Monitor the progress of applicants' submissions
- Deliver required level of daily, year-round activities
- Track application submissions, students enrolled, and other relevant metrics
- Provide excellent customer service
- Talk with prospective students using the form of communication that best fits them (phone, video, email, text)
- Capture all activity and notes in the CRM
- Help adapt processes and recruiting materials to ensure Ohio State has the best chance of converting prospective students
- Work closely with a marketing counterpart to offer feedback on lead quality
- Work closely with the reenrollment team as prospects become students
- Share and sometimes lead cross-functional communication on behalf of recruiting with college partners

- Bachelor's degree required
- 3+ years in sales, recruitment, communication, or related field
- Experience in recruiting or sales
