Occupational Therapist for flexible community/mobile and telehealth services in the Ballina/Byron/Lismore regions; full-time or part-time. Must hold current AHPRA registration and be passionate about working in the NDIS disability sector. Role involves caseload management, clinical assessments, assistive technology recommendations and environmental modifications.

Чем предстоит заниматься

  • Managing a caseload that aligns with your areas of interest
  • Conducting clinical assessments across emotional, psychological, cognitive, developmental, and physical functions
  • Developing individualised, evidence-based therapy goals and interventions
  • Providing environmental modification advice for homes, schools, workplaces and residential settings
  • Recommending and facilitating Assistive Technology (AT) to promote independence

Что требуется

  • Current AHPRA registration as an Occupational Therapist
  • Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
  • A proactive, client-centred mindset with a desire to innovate and grow
  • A genuine passion for working in the disability and community sector
  • Preferred: An interest in paediatrics, complex needs, or a preferred caseload area
