Marketing Lead Hematology - Germany

Under the direction of the Franchise Head Hematology, this individual is responsible to maximize the performance of BeOne´s products in Germany. The Marketing Lead Hematology develops and implements the defined go-to-market strategy and is responsible for achieving defined commercial targets being supported by defined resources and investment budgets. Essential Functions of Job: • Building an image/brand vision and awareness for BeOne and its products in the hematology market in alignment with overall business strategy • Develop and implementing marketing strategies for current products and upcoming launches in respect of the hematology franchise for the hematology market • Contribute in the role of cross-functional collaboration (eg. 3M teams) for creation of national brand plan and national tactics in alignment with international brand plan, including digital tactics • Development of national brand communication of aligned messaging and development of activity plan in close collaboration with Franchise Head and relevant crossfunctions • Identify agencies/vendors/technologies/tools that can benefit the execution of tactics • Develop and create customer-centric promotional tools/materials for field-force and general business use • In close collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders (Sales, Market Access, Medical, Business Operation and Business Analytics etc.) generate relevant Market Insights (Market Research, Commercial Adboards etc.) that help develop targeted tactics and show impact of implemented tools and follows the strategic approach • Strong support in forecasting and Brand budget planning and monitoring Organize regular trainings and updates for Key Account Managers (KAMs) • Project management (contracts, invoicing, communication) for commercial activities and projects together with admin support • Achievement of commercial goals and defined performance parameters • Keeping management informed of any market changes/competitor activities which are relevant to strategy implementation and development • Participation in national and international scientific meetings, symposia and workshops • Drive business decisions whereby patient care is at the center of the business conduct • Ensure compliance across all areas to maintain the highest standards of patients focused ethical conduct in line with our values • Consistently ensure operating in accordance with BeOne´s Standards of conduct and all applicable local laws and regulations Supervisory Responsibilities: Yes, towards (Senior) Product Managers, working students and external supplier Qualifications: • More than 5 years of qualified and successful work experience in commercial roles • Demonstrated success in a fast growing, entrepreneurial commercial environment • Specific knowledge and reliable networks in the hematology market • High social competence and capacity for teamwork • Highly motivated, solution oriented and a positive attitude • Strategic-, success- and commercial-oriented thinking and working • Exceptional communication and thought leadership • Solid knowledge in hematology is mandatory / special knowledge/networks in Lymphomas is desirable • Confident manner, good customer acceptance due to medical and scientific expertise • Enjoying working in a commercial team and doing project work as well as networking • Makes things happen: has the right level of implementation skills. • Good English and contemporary computer skills required (MS Office) Other Qualifications: Fluency in both verbal and written English and German; any other major European language of advantage Travel: Approximately 25% of time Salary Range Germany: 105,600.00 EUR - 132,000.00 EUR Global Competencies When we exhibit our values of Patients First, Driving Excellence, Bold Ingenuity, and Collaborative Spirit, through our twelve global competencies below, we help get more affordable medicines to more patients around the world.
