- Lead and grow a high-performing engineering team.
- Hire, mentor, and support software engineers and QA professionals.
- Drive project planning and execution to deliver scalable software.
- Facilitate adoption of AI-assisted development tools and establish safe validation practices for AI-generated code.
- Contribute to software development, documentation, design reviews, and maintain quality and security standards.
- Manage product health: bug fixes, maintenance, production support, and customer escalations.
- Review code through pull requests and support CI/CD and automated testing.
- Manage contractors and external vendors.
Что требуется
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related discipline required.
- 8+ years of experience building and supporting highly distributed software applications.
- 3+ years of people management experience leading software engineering teams.
- 3+ years of project management experience delivering successful software releases.
- Experience building and supporting highly distributed applications using Microsoft .NET (C#) or Java.
- Experience designing, building, or integrating AI agents and LLM-powered workflows into production systems.
- Experience adopting or leading AI-assisted development tools, including coding assistants and AI-powered testing.
- Experience with SQL Server, MongoDB, NoSQL databases, cloud platforms, web services, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience with QA automation tooling and leveraging AI-assisted tools for testing and unit test generation.
- Experience managing contractors and external vendors.
