Чем предстоит заниматься
- Solicits and manages user feedback through surveys, focus groups, and customer discovery
- Works with end users to gather, understand, and define business requirements
- Facilitates testing of new functionality rollouts
- Partners with GuideTree Clinical Content Coordinator to support content creators and loaders
- Provides support to multiple teams with data analysis
- Manages user support through support tickets and system configuration
- Provides coordination for process improvements and software engineering projects as needed
- Performs other duties as assigned

- Work must be performed from a secure, private home office workplace with a reliable high-speed internet connection; environment should have moderate noise level consistent with a standard home office.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (required)
- Preferred: Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or related field
- 3+ years of product analyst or similarly related experience in lieu of degree (acceptable)
- Preferred: Understanding of or experience with content management systems, such as Liferay
- Preferred: Understanding of or experience with modern data analysis tools, such as R, Python, and SQL
- Preferred: Experience with non-profits
- Preferred: Project management experience or certification
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written, verbal, and oral skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office products
- Ability to maintain a flexible schedule
