Role Overview

The Innovation Product Manager joins Harvey's Product Innovation team to drive how the company explores, validates, and launches new product concepts across the Asia-Pacific region. Reporting to the Head of Product Innovation, this role bridges Harvey's core AI platform with the unique needs of APAC legal markets, translating regional market signals into product strategy that accelerates Harvey's international growth. The Innovation PM partners closely with GTM, engineering, and customer success teams to identify high-impact opportunities, run rapid experiments, and bring new capabilities from concept to launch. This is a rare opportunity to shape a category-defining legal AI product for one of the fastest-growing regions in Harvey's global footprint.

What You'll Do

• Own the end-to-end innovation lifecycle for APAC-relevant product initiatives — from discovery and research through validation, launch, and iteration.

• Partner with APAC GTM leadership and customer success teams to deeply understand regional client needs, competitive dynamics, and regulatory nuances.

• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, design, and research to scope, prototype, and ship new product experiences.

• Define and track success metrics for new product concepts, using data to inform go/no-go decisions and prioritization.

• Serve as the connective tissue between APAC market intelligence and the global product roadmap, ensuring regional insights shape company-wide strategy.

  What You Have

You come from the legal world, but you’ve always gravitated toward innovation, experimentation, and systems thinking. You’ve seen how complex legal work happens in practice — and you’re excited to redesign it with cutting-edge AI.

You’ll thrive here if you:

• Have experience at a top law firm or in-house legal team; innovation, legal ops, or consulting experience is a plus.
• Familiarity with the legal tech ecosystem as an employee, founder, or advisor to legal tech startups
• Are product-savvy and tech-curious. You’re not expected to code, but you can navigate conversations about generative AI, workflow design, privacy, governance, and enterprise rollout.
• Communicate with clarity and confidence across roles — partners, associates, engineers, PMs, CIOs, and legal ops.
• Can independently run multiple client engagements in parallel.
• Care deeply about quality and user outcomes while keeping a strong bias for action.
• Are energized by building something new in a domain going through its biggest shift in decades.
