Position Summary Loan Vision is hiring an implementation consultant who will report to the VP of Implementation. As part of the Loan Vision deployment team, the Implementation Consultant will work directly with the Loan Vision project team, as well as multiple customer project teams to efficiently implement and onboard our customers to Loan Vision. Onboarding new customers to the Loan Vision software involves several project tasks that need to be completed in collaboration with project stakeholders. The Implementation Consultant will be assigned specific projects in which he/she will take ownership of the quality of implementing new customers on Loan Vision. The candidate is expected to currently have and or rapidly develop an extensive knowledge of the Loan Vision software and the mortgage banking industry. Education & Experience: • 4-year undergraduate degree in accounting, or equivalent experience (required) • Experience in the mortgage banking industry (required) • Experience using Loan Vision software or Microsoft Dynamics software (required) • 3-5 years business experience (preferred) Requirements • Exceptional organizational skills • Strong discipline and self-motivation • Proactive problem-solving mindset • Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and Microsoft Office • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment • Capable of managing multiple projects and requests simultaneously • Willingness to experiment and innovate with minimal guidance • Resilience and persistence in the face of challenges • Excellent prioritization and decision-making abilities • Strong interpersonal skills • Keen attention to detail, resourcefulness, and problem-solving capabilities • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills • Effective time management and prioritization skills • Willingness to travel and work remotely • Enthusiasm for leading software implementation projects • A good sense of humor and a positive attitude • Humility and a collaborative spirit • Passion for helping customers maximize system utilization Responsibilities • Project Leadership: Serve as the primary project lead for the successful implementation of Loan Vision, ensuring high-quality deployment for both new customers and existing clients with new projects. • Subject Matter Expertise: Develop and maintain deep expertise in both current and upcoming Loan Vision modules. Act as a consultant to clients, guiding them in the effective implementation and optimization of Loan Vision software to meet their specific needs. • Comprehensive System Implementation: Provide expert-level consulting across all areas of the Loan Vision system, including but not limited to: • Chart of Accounts Setup • General Ledger (G/L) Data Migration from Legacy Systems • Integration of Loan Data from Loan Origination Software (LOS) • Configuration of Invoice and Journal Approval Workflows • System Integration with Other Platforms • Fixed Asset Management • ACH Processing and Positive Pay • Interim Servicing Solutions • Branch Portal Configuration • Commissions Setup and Management • Customer Training: Deliver thorough training to clients on various aspects of the Loan Vision system, including but not limited to: • General and Recurring Journals • Cash Management, Accounts Payable (AP), Payments, Deposits, and Bank Reconciliation • Financial Reporting • Loan Data Imports and Loan-Level Reporting • Fixed Asset Management • Budgeting and Forecasting • Branch Portal Usage • Commissions Management • Post-Go-Live Support: Provide ongoing support following system deployment to ensure clients’ users effectively learn and execute their job functions within Loan Vision. Address any issues or questions to facilitate a smooth transition and optimal software usage.
