We’re looking for a Home-Based Project Coordinator to join our DCX team and support a growing U.S.-based client in the promotional products industry. In this role, you will manage and monitor orders, support cross-functional projects, and ensure smooth day-to-day coordination while closely following client-defined processes. This position is ideal for someone detail-oriented, collaborative, and comfortable handling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. WHAT YOU WILL DO Manage and monitor orders from initiation through completion, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and proper documentation. Track tasks and orders, proactively following up with internal and external stakeholders to meet deadlines and resolve issues. Provide coordination support for assigned projects, including Global Trade solutions, across the full project lifecycle. Prepare and share project timelines, status updates, and reports for stakeholders. Apply project management best practices to ensure quality deliverables, including functional specifications and compliance requirements. Build and maintain relationships with partners; document capabilities, processes, and improvement recommendations to enhance efficiency and reduce risk. Compile data and create reports or visual summaries for analysis and decision-making. Provide daily coordination support by managing communications, schedules, and administrative tasks. Perform additional duties aligned with project support and operations as assigned. WHAT WE LOOK FOR Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Project Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Experience: 1–3 years of relevant business experience, order management, or project support; promotional industry experience is required. Language Proficiency: Clear and confident written and verbal communication skills in English. Working Schedule: Ability to work overnight/graveyard shifts in Philippine time or within U.S. operating hours. Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook). Proficient with Google suite (Google sheets, Gmail, etc.) Various promotional industry-specific software (I.e., Sage, ESP, CommonSku, Syncore) Understanding of logistics is a big plus. Experience tracking orders and troubleshooting. Ability to make sound decisions without needing reassurance at every step (once they have been taught the standard practices and procedures). Experience working with cross-functional teams. Demonstrates independence, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage tasks with minimal guidance.
