The Role

We're seeking a Growth Marketing Manager, Leaves to lead marketing strategy and demand generation efforts for our Leave Solutions business. This role is ideal for a strategic and results-oriented marketer who is passionate about building integrated marketing programs that create demand, accelerate pipeline , and support revenue growth.

Your Impact

As the Growth Marketing Manager, Leaves, you will develop and execute integrated marketing strategies that increase awareness, generate qualified pipeline , and support business growth. Working closely with sales, cli ent success , product management, and cross-functional marketing teams, you will create buyer-centric campaigns that engage target audiences throughout the customer journey and deliver measurable business results.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute integrated marketing plans aligned with Leave s business objectives , pipeline goals, and revenue targets.

Drive demand generation through a mix of digital marketing, account-based marketing (ABM), webinars, events, content marketing, nurture programs, partner initiatives, and other growth-focused tactics.

Partner with sales leadership to identify target audiences, prioritize opportunities, and align marketing programs to business goals.

Develop and optimize buyer-centric camp ai gns that engage prospects and customers throughout the marketing and sales funnel.

Collaborate with product marketing, content, digital, events, and other cross-functional teams to execute integrated camp ai gns that drive awareness, engagement, and pipeline growth.

Support coordinated outreach and account engagement programs in partnership with sales and business development teams.

Measure, track, and analyze campaign, funnel, and pipeline performance, leveraging data, analytics, and AI-enabled tools to identify optimization opportunities, improve effectiveness, and maximize return on investment.

Communicate marketing performance, camp ai gn results, and strategic recommendations to marketing and sales stakeholders.

Manage program execution and marketing investments to maximize business impact and align with budget objectives.

Serve as a steward of Alight brand standards, marketing best practices, and strategic growth initiatives.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing , Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, demand generation, field marketing, growth marketing, or a related discipline.

Proven experience developing and executing integrated, multi-channel marketing programs that drive measurable pipeline and revenue outcomes.

Strong understanding of demand generation, account-based marketing, buyer journeys, lead lifecycle management, and funnel optimization.

Demonstrated ability to build trusted partnerships with sales leaders and cross-functional stakeholders.

Experience analyzing camp ai gn, funnel, and pipeline performance and translating ins ig h t s into actionable recommendations.

Demonstrated ability to leverage AI-powered tools and technologies to improve marketing planning, content development, campaign execution, analytics, workflow efficiency, and business outcomes.

Knowledge of modern marketing channels and tactics, including digital marketing, em ai l marketing, webinars, events, content marketing, direct m ai l, and p ai d media.

Strategic thinker who can translate business priorities into effective marketing strategies and execution plans.

Excellent communication, presentation, stakeholder management, and project management skills.

Ability to successfully manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in HR technology, employee benefits, leave administration, human capital management (HCM), payroll, or related industries.

Experience marketing to HR, benefits, or employee experience decision-makers.

Familiarity with Salesforce, marketing automation platforms, account-based marketing technologies, and camp ai gn performance reporting tools.

Salary Pay Range

Minimum : 115,000.00 USD Maximum : 135,000.00 USD
