About the Role

We are hiring a founding go-to-market hire to build our commercial engine from the ground up.

The role sits at the intersection of outbound, demand generation, GTM engineering, and full-cycle sales. Early on the focus is pipeline: finding the startups who are hiring right now, reaching the founders and hiring leads who own the decision, and turning that into signed roles.

You will work directly with the founders on strategy and execution. This is a fit for someone who wants to define the motion rather than inherit one.

What You'll Do

Build and run outbound pipeline experiments across email, LinkedIn, and phone Identify startups hiring for the roles we place well, and get to the person who owns the req Use modern GTM tooling and AI to source leads, personalize outreach, and improve campaign performance Run early sales conversations end to end, from first call through signed engagement Turn what works into repeatable systems the next hires can run Work directly with the founders on positioning, pricing, and which segments to push

What We're Looking For

2-3 years in outbound, demand generation, pipeline generation, or GTM engineering Demonstrated ability to build pipeline from nothing in an ambiguous environment Comfortable starting in an SDR / GTM-engineering shaped role while still able to carry a sales conversation Startup experience strongly preferred, ideally as an early commercial hire High agency: you run experiments without waiting to be told which one

Nice to Have

Experience selling into founders or heads of talent at venture-backed startups Background in recruiting, staffing, or talent marketplaces Familiarity with modern GTM engineering workflows and outbound tooling An SDR who grew into broader GTM ownership, or an AE who still enjoys building pipeline
