What you will do:

Source, contact and activate creators for projects and missions; Monitor creator performance, follow up on missed requirements, and provide feedback or re-training; Coordinate projects and workflows, ensuring deliverables are completed accurately and on time; Handle operational issues and escalations by investigating and driving them to resolution; Collaborate with other agents and cross-functional teams to ensure effective operations; Proactively identify and address issues to keep projects and market operations running smoothly; Investigate fraud and risk cases, taking appropriate action when needed; Track operational performance and KPIs using Google Sheets and internal tools; Identify recurring issues and contribute to process and operational improvements;

What you need to succeed in this role:

Native Spanish and excellent English communication skills (both written and verbal at C1 level) is a must ; Solution-oriented mindset with solid project management skills; Experience handling data in Google Sheets, including knowledge of filters, formulas, pivot tables is a must; Ability to organize tasks, set priorities, and drive execution autonomously; Proactive approach with strong ownership of tasks and responsibilities; Detail-oriented approach; Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; Personal laptop or computer (at least 8Gb of RAM) and a stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps–download and 40 Mbps–upload);

Will be a great plus:

Previous experience in operations, project coordination, creator/account management or marketplace operations;
