The Opportunity:

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Part-Time Executive Assistantto provide administrative and project coordination support to senior leadership. The ideal candidate will have strong project management and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, coordinate tasks and deadlines, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations in a remote work environment.

This position is remote and offers you the flexibility of working from home.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide day-to-day administrative support to the executive, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and email correspondence.
• Assist with project planning, coordination, and tracking to ensure key initiatives and deliverables remain on schedule.
• Monitor action items, follow up with internal and external stakeholders, and provide regular status updates.
• Prepare meeting agendas, presentations, reports, and other business documents as needed.
• Coordinate meetings, take notes, document action items, and ensure timely follow-up.
• Serve as a key point of contact between the executive and internal or external stakeholders.
• Manage competing priorities effectively and proactively identify potential delays or issues.
• Maintain organized and confidential records, documents, and information.
• Support other administrative, operational, and project-related tasks as needed.

Qualifications Required:

• Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Administrative Assistant, Project Coordinator, for US Senior Leadership in a large US company.
• Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks, priorities, and deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong follow-up skills and the ability to coordinate effectively with multiple stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace and other collaboration and project management tools.
• Experience supporting senior executives or leadership teams is preferred.
• Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
• Previous experience working in a remote or virtual environment is a plus.
• Must be able during hours from 8 AM – 4 PM EST. Remote flexible hours during EST zone.

Service Fee:

Industry standards applicable to the state depending on work experience and level of expertise.

Hours:

US Eastern Standard Time (EST) - 8am to 4pm
