The role sits close to the trading desk, focusing on turning real-time information flow into actionable insights that drive short-term positioning and risk decisions.
📋 Responsibilities include:
- Track and interpret macroeconomic releases, governance votes, protocol upgrades, token unlocks, and regulatory developments.
- Monitor cross-asset and crypto-native news flow to identify volatility-driving events.
- Work closely with traders to translate event insights into trading strategies and risk frameworks.
- Maintain and refine a forward-looking event calendar with actionable timelines.
- Conduct post-event analysis to improve forecasting accuracy.
- Contribute to tooling and systems that automate event tracking and alerts.
