Delinea is hiring an Enterprise Account Executive to own and grow our business across the entire Philippines market. This is a quota-carrying, individual-contributor role for an experienced cybersecurity sales professional who thrives on building relationships at the senior executive level and closing complex, enterprise-scale deals.

As the identity security control plane organizations trust to govern access across human, machine, and AI identities, Delinea helps enterprises reduce risk and strengthen governance. In this role, you will represent that mission directly to the Philippines’ largest enterprises, partnering with senior and C-level stakeholders to shape how they secure privileged access.

The Opportunity

What You’ll Do

• As our Enterprise Account Executive for the Philippines, you will:
• Own and grow the full Philippines market as the primary Account Executive, driving new business and account expansion.
• Build and cultivate relationships with senior and C-level executives across target enterprise accounts.
• Develop and execute territory and account plans to consistently meet and exceed sales quotas.
• Lead the full sales cycle for Delinea’s identity security and privileged access management solutions — from prospecting through negotiation and close.
• Partner closely with sales engineering, channel, and marketing teams to build and progress pipeline.
• Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline reporting in CRM.

We’re looking for a proven, senior-level seller who brings:

• Ability to independently cover and grow the entire Philippines market as a single-threaded territory owner.
• Established senior executive relationships and a strong professional network across the Philippines market.
• A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience selling cybersecurity solutions.
• A proven track record of sales success and consistent quota attainment.
• Deep familiarity selling to enterprise accounts, including navigating complex, multi-stakeholder deal cycles.
• The right attitude — driven, coachable, resilient, and hungry to win.

This is a high-visibility role with direct impact on Delinea’s growth in one of the fastest-growing cybersecurity markets in APAC. We offer a competitive base salary plus uncapped commission, strong marketing and channel support, and the backing of a market-leading identity security platform.

This is a remote, field-based role covering the Philippines market, reporting into Delinea’s APAC sales leadership. Some domestic travel to meet with customers and partners should be expected.
