About the Role

Enterprise Implementation Project Managers are responsible for driving the successful, rapid, and seamless implementation of JumpCloud’s high-profile commercial and enterprise customers. In this role, you will lead both internal and external project management and communication to ensure our largest and most strategic clients realize immediate value and experience world-class onboarding. You will serve as the primary advisor and project lead during the customer implementation lifecycle, partnering closely with Customer Success, Support, Professional Services, Sales, Solutions Engineering, and Product teams to deliver an exceptional end-to-end experience.

What you’ll be doing:

• Enterprise Implementation & Orchestration: Lead cross-functional onboarding engagements for commercial and enterprise customers, managing timelines, technical dependencies, and strategic milestones from post-sale through full adoption.
• Project Governance & Communication: Establish transparent project plans, governance frameworks, and regular communication cadences (status updates, executive QBRs) with both internal teams and customer stakeholders.
• Customer Experience Excellence: Deliver an extraordinary, white-glove onboarding experience that drives high satisfaction, accelerates time-to-value, and establishes long-term customer health.
• Cross-Functional Alignment: Coordinate closely with Sales, Customer Success, Technical Support, and Product Engineering to resolve blockers, mitigate deployment risks, and align on customer requirements.
• Risk Mitigation & Issue Resolution: Proactively identify potential deployment bottlenecks or technical risks, developing swift mitigation strategies to keep implementations on track.
• On-Site Engagement & Travel: Travel as needed to meet with key enterprise customer stakeholders on-site to build trust, facilitate alignment workshops, and foster executive relationships.
• Process Optimization: Continuously refine and scale JumpCloud’s onboarding playbooks, tools, and methodologies based on customer feedback and operational insights.

We’re looking for:

• Proven Experience: 5+ years of experience in enterprise onboarding, implementation, project management, or technical account management in a fast-paced B2B SaaS environment.
• Exceptional Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Outstanding written, verbal, and presentation skills with a demonstrated ability to influence and build trust with executive stakeholders and technical teams alike.
• Rigorous Organizational Skills: Strong project management discipline, with a track record of managing multiple complex, high-stakes enterprise projects simultaneously without compromising quality.
• Technical & Domain Aptitude: Solid understanding of enterprise IT, identity management, cybersecurity, or cloud infrastructure environments.
• Customer-Centric Mindset: A passion for solving customer challenges, advocating for their needs, and driving customer success.
• Willingness to Travel: Ability and willingness to travel up to 25% (or as required) to meet with key enterprise clients on-site.
• SaaS Cultural Fit: Someone who thrives in a fast-moving, rapidly growing environment and brings energy, structure, and adaptability to every customer interaction.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working with Identity and Access Management (IAM), Directory Services, or Device Management solutions
• Experience in enterprise customer-facing management consulting or professional services

JumpCloud is committed to being Remote First, meaning that you are able to work remotely within the country noted in the Job Description.

This role is remote in the country of India. You must be located in and authorized to work in India to be considered for this role.
