Germany is our single largest and most strategic market globally—making this role a pivotal, high-visibility opportunity to shape our growth story. You will join an inclusive, highly collaborative environment where sales partners seamlessly with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to deliver transformational value to leading organizations.

How you will drive impact

• Lead Strategic Growth in Germany: Cultivate deep relationships within our key existing business while identifying opportunities to win new top-tier enterprise clients across the region.
• Deliver Transformational AI Solutions: Guide enterprise leaders beyond transactional product use, helping them adopt game-changing innovations like our real-time voice-to-voice lounge to transform their business operations.
• Manage Enterprise Sales Cycles: Own the end-to-end journey for high-value prospects, from qualification to close, ensuring a consultative approach aligned with client goals.
• Orchestrate Cross-Functional Teams: Partner with our international, welcoming SDR and Marketing teams to build pipeline and deliver custom solutions tailored to complex business needs.
• Map Strategic Value: Track and forecast customer insights, purchase timeframes, and emerging use cases to ensure our enterprise partners achieve long-term success.

What will set you up for success

• Enterprise SaaS Expertise: Proven track record in complex sales cycles within the DACH region. Industry experience in Finance, High Tech, or Manufacturing is strongly preferred.
• Account Expansion & New Business: Experience both growing existing large enterprise accounts and introducing emerging technology to new logos.
• Collaborative Mindset: Strong ability to lead, orchestrate, and align internal cross-functional partners to solve big challenges.
• Adaptability & Drive: Comfort navigating dynamic, fast-scaling environments with a proactive, solution-oriented approach.
• Language Proficiency: fluency in German and English. What we offer
