Maintain a deep understanding of the Online and Offline retail landscape to solve complex post-purchase issues efficiently. Collaborate with international teams to ensure consistent brand voice and service quality standards. Process customer data with high accuracy to streamline the retail supply chain experience. Uphold the reputation of the industry through professional, empathetic, and efficient communication in Dutch.
Requirements
Native or fluent Dutch (spoken and written). Valid EU passport (mandatory). Strong interest in the retail, fashion, or E-commerce industry. Excellent communication skills with a customer-centric mindset. Proficiency in computer navigation and multitasking in a digital work environment. Previous experience in retail or customer support is a plus but not strictly required.
