Key Responsibilities

Provide high-level technical support for clients within the telecommunications sector via phone, email, and chat. Requirements

Native or fluent Dutch (spoken and written) is mandatory for this role. Valid EU passport or a valid work permit for Greece. Proven experience in customer service or technical support, preferably within the telecommunications industry. Strong digital literacy and the ability to navigate complex telecommunications hardware and software interfaces. A proactive, problem-solving mindset suited for a dynamic, high-tech environment. Excellent communication skills with a professional and empathetic approach to customer resolution.
