Requirements

Native or fluent Dutch (spoken and written). Proficiency in English for team collaboration and reporting. Valid EU passport (mandatory). Strong interpersonal skills and a genuine passion for the customer support services field. Resilience, adaptability, and a proactive problem-solving mindset. Previous experience in a customer-facing role is considered an asset for this position.
