Director of Sales Remote: Open to fully remote candidates based in a major city within the state of Florida. (Miami, Orlando, Tampa, or Jacksonville markets) Travel Requirements: This position requires up to 50% domestic travel. This is a driving position. A valid U.S. Driver’s License required; applicants must pass an MVR (Motor Vehicle Record) screening. People Management Responsibilities: Yes Role Type: Full-Time Salary Range: $125,000 - $130,000 Position Overview Reporting to the Vice President of Sales, the Director of Sales is responsible for sales, distribution, and revenue targets within assigned geography of PepsiCo and Franchise distributor partners. Leading the CELH DSD field sales team to ensure retail execution and achievement of sales goals across all retail channels. Requirements Experience: 5+ years of field-based sales team leadership along with distributor management in CPG but specifically within DSD beverage preferred Education : Bachelor’s degree preferred Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Power Bi dashboards, and various other data reporting tools Strong business planning, presentation, and cross-functional leadership skills Must be able to travel overnight extensively across the assigned market Key Responsibilities Lead and manage the DSD network across Florida serving as the primary point of contact for the Pepsi leadership team across the market Conduct quarterly business reviews with internal/external leadership groups Lead a field sales organization comprised of various levels of employees including Regional Managers, District Managers, Territory Managers, and Merchandisers in all aspects of business Develop a high performing team to work within our DSD network to drive best in class retail execution Provide mentorship and career development opportunities Own execution of customer initiatives, new product launches, and trade marketing campaigns In market collaboration and support thru market blitzes in key focus markets Conduct quarterly business reviews with internal/external leadership groups Benefits Comprehensive Medical, Dental & Vision benefits Long- and short-term disability Life insurance 10 Vacation days per year, subject to accrual policy 11 Company paid holidays 401(k) with Company match Identity theft and legal services The base salary range for this position is dependent on experience and location. The final offer will be determined based on job-related knowledge, skills, and qualifications.
