Чем предстоит заниматься

  • Provide support for term preparation, including ensuring timely availability of course materials and collaborating with Facilities to secure required space and technology.
  • Manage active courses’ logistical needs, including routing requests for course modification through the necessary approvals.
  • Assign faculty advisors and manage student access to remote academic resources where applicable.
  • Support program accreditation activities, including data management and site visits.
  • Manage academic department assessments, e.g., CCE, ACE, CPCE, and comps exams.
  • Manage the documentation and processing of student research, including thesis/AAP/ARP/dissertation, forms collection, Maxient, and manuscript preparation submission.
  • Publicize, record, and distribute faculty training resources.
  • Assist with obtaining faculty-facing technologies and accounts.
  • Coordinate logistics for program-specific events, including team meetings, town halls, and residencies.
  • Facilitate the submission of personnel-related documents, including I-9.
  • Ensure coordinated communication between faculty, student support, and advising operations on all relevant academic operations activities.
  • Supervision of Office Assistants.
  • Obtain and submit necessary documents for vendor and third-party payments, including W-9 and invoices.
  • Track office supply orders for budgetary and operational needs.
  • Process payment adjustments related to teaching overage, dissertation payments, and under-enrolled courses.
  • Manage programs’ OneDrive and email accounts.
  • Ensure proper storage of department-specific records, including comprehensive exams, internship placement documents, and syllabi.
  • Manage online course requests by collecting required documents and providing responses.
  • Responsibilities may include other related duties, as needed.

  • Occasional in-person attendance will be required, along with domestic travel and work outside standard business hours to support key activities and events as determined by the program.
