Cost Optimisation Specialist (Chinese)

We are looking for Cost Optimisation Manager.

**Your main tasks will be:

• Independently managing operational and analytical tasks from goal setting through to execution and result control;
• Analysing statistics, reports, and key partner performance metrics to identify cost optimization opportunities and areas for improvement;
• Developing and implementing cost optimisation strategies in collaboration with the team and cross-functional stakeholders;
• Supporting and managing partners in Bitrix CRM, including handling complex and non-standard requests;
• Contributing to the improvement of partner-related processes and tools (CRM, reporting, files, internal guidelines);
• Collaborating with internal teams to achieve shared goals related to efficiency and cost optimisation.

**We expect from you:

• English B2+, Russian C1+, Chinese B2+;
• Proficient in Google Suite, Excel, and general PC use;
• Strong teamwork, problem-solving, negotiation, critical thinking, and time management skill;
• Ability to find professional solutions across a range of situations.
