We're looking for a part-time Clinical Recruiter to support our fast-growing clinical team by managing the candidate-facing stages of our hiring process: reviewing resumes, conducting interviews, assessing fit, and keeping clinicians informed and engaged throughout their journey with us. Your goal will be to help identify the most exceptional therapists and psychologists who are passionate about serving the senior population. 🧰 Key Responsibilities - Screen: Review incoming resumes and applications to identify candidates worth advancing - Interview & assess: Conduct clinician interviews, often running back-to-back calls throughout the working day, and evaluate each candidate's clinical, behavioral, and operational fit against rubrics developed by the Provider Growth team - Communicate: Keep clinicians informed and engaged at every touchpoint, ensuring a 5-star candidate experience throughout their journey with us - Track: Own your portion of the recruitment pipeline in our applicant tracking system, keeping candidate stages, notes, and statuses accurate and current - Coordinate: Partner with the Provider Growth team to hand off candidates smoothly at each pipeline stage (e.g., into offer stage, onboarding) ✅ You're a Great Fit If You're - Warm and personable – clinicians feel genuinely heard and valued in every conversation with you, and you build authentic rapport quickly, even in a first call - Intuitive, with spot-on judgment – you can read between the lines of a resume and an interview to sense who has the clinical chops and temperament to thrive with our patients, not just who looks good on paper - Organized – you keep candidate data, notes, and follow-ups tight and timely, so nothing falls through the cracks even when juggling a full slate of interviews - Flexible in a fast-paced environment – you can shift gears smoothly between back-to-back calls, stay sharp through a packed schedule, and adapt as priorities change day to day
