Client Account Manager

🎯 Why This Role?

We’re looking for a commercially minded Client Account Manager who understands the MSP / MSSP world and can take real ownership of client relationships.

This is more than traditional account management. You’ll work closely with MSP and cybersecurity leaders, understand their growth challenges, shape solutions, and identify opportunities to expand existing accounts.

You’ll have the autonomy to influence client strategy, proposals, retention, and revenue growth — with direct exposure to senior decision-makers.

💼 What You’ll Own

• Build and manage strong relationships with MSP and cybersecurity clients
• Lead client conversations, uncover business challenges, and recommend the right solutions
• Own client retention, expansion, and upsell opportunities
• Create and shape commercial proposals and sales materials
• Act as a trusted advisor to MSP/MSSP owners and senior leaders
• Build relationships within MSP, MSSP, channel, and partner communities
• Take ownership of a revenue target tied to client retention and growth

🔎 What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of experience in MSP/MSSP account management, agency account management, channel partnerships, or a similar client-facing commercial role
• Strong understanding of managed IT / cybersecurity services and recurring-revenue businesses
• Comfortable discussing SEO, paid media, content, and digital growth with clients
• Proven commercial mindset — you’ve owned a book of business, revenue target, renewals, or expansion
• Experience creating proposals, sales materials, or sales-engineering content
• Excellent spoken and written English with strong client-facing communication skills
• Confident enough to identify a client’s commercial problem and recommend a solution — rather than simply passing the issue along

• Existing relationships within the MSP / MSSP ecosystem
• Experience working with MSP-focused marketing or growth agencies
• Channel, partnerships, or referral-network experience
• Experience selling to technical B2B decision-makers
