Why This Role Is Important to Arcadia Arcadia is at a growth stage where the connective tissue between ideation, execution, and executive decision-making matters enormously. This primarily manifests across two areas today: (1) Growth (Strategy, Sales, and Retention & Expansion) and (2) cross-functional Executive initiatives. This role sits at that intersection: you will partner with the Chief Commercial Officer to identify and launch new growth initiatives—whether that's a new vertical, a new go-to-market partnership, or a new solution while also engaging directly with the executive team to drive alignment on the initiatives that matter most across the company. In practice, this typically plays out as roughly 75% of your time on commercial strategy and growth initiatives, and roughly 25% partnering directly with the executive team and supporting the Chief Executive Officer. This is a role of ownership and initiative, not execution-on-request. You will be given real latitude to define how new opportunities get approached, how cross-functional work gets organized, and how the executive team stays aligned—and you'll be trusted to run with it. You will report to the Chief Commercial Officer and partner closely with Product, Clinical, Value Enablement, Sales Engineering, Marketing, Actuary, Account Management, and the broader executive team.
