Bookkeeping Assistant

And we’re looking for a Bookkeeping Assistant to start immediately!

Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Accounts payable data entry: Coding invoices to the correct general ledger (GL) account numbers and adding notes for company allocations.
• Bank reconciliations: Handling monthly reconciliations for approximately 14 bank accounts.
• Credit card management: Getting credit card transactions into QuickBooks using Expensify to divvy up expenses to the correct GL accounts.
• Communication: Writing clear notes on invoice allocations and sending end-of-day shift reports.

Required Tools

• QuickBooks Online
• Expensify

Qualifications:

• Mid-tier bookkeeper with at least 3+ years of experience, specifically with U.S. bookkeeping terminology, GL accounts, and financial documentation.
• Solid experience with QuickBooks Online and Expensify.
• High-level reading, writing, and comprehension.

Technical Requirements:

• USB Headset with Noise Cancellation feature
• Working Webcam
• Computer with at least 1.8 GHz processor and at least 4GB RAM
• Main Internet Service Speed: at least 25 Mbps cable connection
• Backup Internet Service Speed: at least 10 Mbps

Schedule: US work hours (20 hours per week, Part-time)

Location: 100% Remote

Salary Package: Up to ₱25K/month
