Role OverviewWe are seeking an AI Engineer to design, develop, deploy, and maintain AI/ML solutions that drive business value and enhance operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will have experience in machine learning, generative AI, large language models (LLMs), data engineering, and cloud-based AI platforms.ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and deploy AI/ML models and solutions to solve complex business problems.Build and optimize Generative AI applications using Large Language Models (LLMs).Develop AI-powered chatbots, assistants, recommendation systems, and automation solutions.Fine-tune, evaluate, and monitor machine learning and foundation models for performance and accuracy.Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and engineering teams to gather requirements and translate them into AI solutions.Develop data pipelines and ensure data quality for model training and inference.Implement MLOps practices for model deployment, monitoring, and lifecycle management.Ensure AI solutions adhere to security, compliance, and responsible AI principles.Stay current with emerging AI technologies, frameworks, and industry best practices.RequirementsBachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field.3+ years of experience in AI/ML development.Strong programming skills in Python.Experience with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.Hands-on experience with Generative AI, LLMs, prompt engineering, and Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG).Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP.Knowledge of vector databases, embeddings, and AI orchestration frameworks (e.g., LangChain, Semantic Kernel).Understanding of MLOps, CI/CD, model monitoring, and deployment practices.SkillsPythonPyTorchTensorFlowAzureMLOps
