The Impact You’ll Make in this Role Manage calendars, appointments and correspondence to support interactions with healthcare professionals Assist in expense reporting, travel planning and meeting invitations Plan and execute internal team meetings (in person and virtual) Acts as a resource person to share department procedures and methods, common works with sensitive, confidential information, and responds to team inquiries with professionalism and accuracy. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and planners as needed to support the Scientific team · Your Skills and Expertise To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications: High school diploma/ GED Minimum 3 years of related job experience in an administrative assistant function supporting Global Leadership teams with heavy calendar management experience. · Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include: Experience in administrative work in healthcare Experience supporting Leadership teams Background in Dental industry Bilingual in English and Spanish Strong communication skills in English Strong writing skills and proficient understanding of Microsoft Word, Powerpoint, and Excel Proficient with Outlook Excellent attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Applicable to US Applicants Only:The expected compensation range for this position is $51,760 - $71,170, which includes base pay plus variable incentive pay, if eligible. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position.
