**Job description

We are looking for a data-driven and results-oriented Account Manager to optimize and grow partner relationships in the insurance lead generation industry. This role requires strong analytical skills, KPI-driven performance tracking, and revenue optimization expertise.

**Key responsibilities

• **Manage a portfolio of partners, ensuring robust **monthly and yearly revenue growth.
• Track and optimize **key KPIs, including:
• • **Lead to Sales conversion rate
  • **Policy sales CPA
  • **Lead volume and spend growth
• Conduct **weekly/monthly performance reviews and present **data-driven insights.
• Identify and execute **upsell/cross-sell strategies, driving consistent **YoY partner spend increase.
• Collaborate with internal marketing team to enhance **lead distribution and lead performance.

**Qualifications

• **2+ years in **account management, performance marketing, or lead generation.
• **Proven experience meeting KPIs in a **lead-driven environment.
• Strong **data analysis skills: Excel, Google Sheets (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP), or SQL.
• **CRM proficiency (Salesforce preferred) for performance tracking.
• **Self-motivated, able to **manage multiple accounts and projects.
• **Excellent communication skills for client presentations and reporting.

The pay range for this role is:

73,000 - 99,500 USD per year (US)
