  • Own the full sales cycle from qualified lead through signed engagement
  • Conduct discovery calls to understand prospective clients' business needs, challenges, and goals
  • Educate prospects on Bookkeeper360's accounting, payroll, tax, sales tax, HR, and advisory solutions
  • Develop customized service recommendations and pricing proposals
  • Build strong relationships with business owners and decision-makers through a consultative sales approach
  • Maintain accurate sales activity, pipeline, and forecasting within the CRM
  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth transition from sales to onboarding
  • Stay current on Bookkeeper360's service offerings, industry trends, and competitive landscape
  • Deliver an outstanding client experience throughout every stage of the sales process

  • 3+ years of consultative B2B sales experience with a proven track record of exceeding quota
  • Experience selling accounting, payroll, HR, tax, financial services, SaaS, or professional services
  • Platform experience with HubSpot and PandaDoc
  • Strong discovery, objection handling, negotiation, and closing skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to build rapport with business owners and executive-level decision makers
  • Experience selling to small and mid-sized businesses is highly preferred
  • Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field
  • Preferred: Experience working in a high-growth, remote-first, technology-driven environment
